This policy explains how HTX Elite Build handles information collected through htxelitebuild.com and related service inquiries. It covers our website and inquiry process; external websites have their own privacy practices.

Information you provide

When you request service, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and type, requested service, damage details, loss date if supplied, urgency, and any project description you enter. Please share only information relevant to the work. Do not include payment card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive information in the intake form.

Work authorizations and optional occupant information

Our work authorization form also collects the property owner or agent, authority to sign, scope or estimate reference, agreed work description, acknowledgments, product preferences, electronic signatures and signing date/time. We retain the wording version and server receipt timestamp with the signed record. You may choose to share limited occupant precautions such as allergies, chemical sensitivities or occupancy concerns, or decline that section and discuss concerns by phone. The Full Health Work Authorization version also asks whether a resident is under physician care and, if you choose to provide that information, resident names and physician name/phone. These fields are optional as part of the questionnaire; declining that section prevents those answers from being stored. Only share information you are authorized to provide and do not upload medical records. Providing a physician contact does not authorize us to contact them. Optional analytics and marketing scripts are not loaded on intake or work authorization pages. Separate operational logs record form endpoint, response status and processing time, without form answers or signatures. Signed copies may be downloaded to your device; keep them securely. Contact us for access, correction or privacy requests involving these records.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss your property and service needs, prepare for project planning, coordinate requested services, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in an automated marketing text program or confirm an appointment.

Website, location and browser information

Our hosting provider processes technical request information, which can include IP addresses, device/browser information, requested pages and security logs. Vercel supplies an approximate city and region based on an IP address to help display local contact information. This is not GPS location, can be inaccurate, and does not determine service availability. We do not request precise browser location. You can change the displayed town; your selection is stored in your browser and does not replace the property address you submit.

Cookies and analytics choices

Necessary browser storage remembers your privacy choices and selected service area. With your analytics choice enabled, we use AIMLCommand tracking in our Neon database and Google Analytics to understand website usage. AIMLCommand records a random visitor ID (stored for up to 180 days), sessions that expire after 30 minutes of inactivity, page journeys, referring domains, campaign labels, link clicks, scroll milestones, approximate city/region, device/browser categories and generic browser-error counts. It does not record form values, signatures, raw error messages, URL query strings, full external URLs or raw IP addresses. A keyed address hash is used separately to limit abusive tracking requests. Marketing tools managed through Google Tag Manager load only when both analytics and marketing are enabled. Those services may process usage information under their own policies. We do not intentionally send intake field values to analytics.

You can reject optional tracking, change your choices below, or clear browser storage. Withdrawing analytics clears AIMLCommand visitor/session identifiers and reloads the site to stop previously loaded optional scripts; it does not undo information already processed. Some browser settings may prevent preferences from being saved.

Service providers and disclosures

The website is hosted on Vercel, and service inquiry answers are stored in a Neon database through our server. Access is intended for authorized personnel and service providers supporting the website and requested work. We may disclose relevant information to parties needed to fulfill your request, with your direction, or when reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, protect rights, or address fraud or security issues. External booking, career, social-media and review links take you to independently operated services.

Retention and security

We retain information for the service relationship and related business, legal, recordkeeping and security needs. Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it is held. We use access controls and encrypted connections to help protect inquiry information. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Requests to delete information are subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements and legitimate exceptions.

Your privacy requests

Contact us at the phone number or mailing address below to ask about information you supplied, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Where applicable law gives additional rights, including an appeal of a request decision, we will handle requests under that law. Browser tracking preferences are available without submitting an intake request.

Children and policy updates

This website is intended for adults seeking property services and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We may update this policy as our services or practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
